Yesterday we organized all our paperwork and together made a sum up of the most important topics concerning evaluation. Based on everybody´s notes and opinions we realized how different our systems are and the mentality towards school  too.

Costello School

Today, we were very welcomed at Costello school, where we met most of the staff and some Portuguese students. The school is amazing, it has a wide variety of subjects and facilities and students feel they are rewarded by their effort.
Everybody is really engaged in academic success as well as building up character. It was a great day!

2nd day of work

Today we went to School to learn about how colleagues monitorize other colleagues' classes, filling in long charts of observation strategies. We also participated in Iris sample class .
